This is a single panel from Yukkuri Family from the City. Unfortunately, it's a fantasy sequence, but the original (here: http://bbs.shii.org/yukkuri/post...rom_the_City%20translated ) Here's the fantasy narration...

One day, an unbelievable thing happened.
A human passing before them abruptly said that she wanted to keep Reimu and her family as pets.
Reimu did not trust her at first, but the human took the family home and washed them with easy soap and made all three of them clean.
Next the humans said, "You must be hungry. Eat as much as you like," and brought out far too much food for them to eat.
The three are as if they were in a dream. Later, Reimu noticed that they had scattered food all over the floor while they were eating messily and apologized to the human, but she said, "I don't mind at all. However, I do have some clothes I prepared for you. I hope you like them," and brought them pet yukkuri clothes.
They felt really nice to wear and didn't get in the way of walking or jumping.
On top of that, the human had prepared fluffy cushions for them so they could take it easy some more.
A kind human. A warm house. Delicious food. Clothes. And children full of smiles. Reimu was now happy from the bottom of her heart.
