This Booru system is more limited than I would have hoped for.

Ahh, when I mentioned "tag everything you see" I wasn't talking about tagging obvious and redundant things like blond_hair or witch_hat when there's a Marisa around. But I was talking about using tags to better describe the pictures so that searching for pictures with features that you want is easier and more certain.

Should there also be a tag for premature yukkuris? Sure, they are considered koyukkuris, but because they are born early, they still look a bit different from normal koyukkuris.

Don't tell me that we can't view the second page under this system.

Watch out if you're copying over tags from OYP. A number have family_friendly on them, which, although doesn't really hurt or anything, is quite redundant seeing as this is the family friendly board.

While its listed as FF, it would be correct to say its the "worksafe" board.

I'd like to take this time to clean up the tags, but before I do so, I'd like to confirm a few things:

1) Are we tagging backgrounds? I like this idea, if we keep the tags general (ie yukkuri_nest_hole indoors simple_background outdoors). Those four tags should be enough.

2) Ratings, almost everything should be safe, but there are a few that might have unsavory implications or mild nudity. I think I'm going to change the ratings on the latter to questionable since this booru is safe-oriented.

3) I don't speak Japanese, but I have noticed that a lot of artists have "aki" at the end of their name. Should this be hyphenated?

4) I have tried to avoid using the pet tag if it's possible that the given yukkuri is not actually a pet. I think that I'll change that. Is that OK with everyone?

5) Emoticons, I like +_+ but I'm not sure if the rest need a tag. I'll tag ^_^ and >_< for now, but leave/delete the rest.

6) Series, if something is definitely a series but I don't know the name, I'll make one up and someone who does recognize the title can fix it.

I think that's it. I'll start fixing the tags soon, but I plan on waiting a bit to give people time to voice objections/give advice.

Hey, I know I opposed tagging everything in a pic before, but that was mostly because I didn't want the same kind of tagging that we see on OYP (tags like "gonna_cut_you_bitch" "do_not_want" and "Aw_Hell_Naw"). But after reflecting on it, I personally support the Danbooruesque tagging system. Gonna start tagging more things from now on.

Secondly: We already have a tag for "chansketch." It's "futaba"

Thirdly: For I've been saving the "kimeemaru" tag for dog-bodied yukkuri since non-smirking ayas are so rare.

I've also been thinking about something else for a while. You know the generic yukkuri face? The original, made from the ASCII art? I think it could help to tag those images with the expression as something like generic_yukkuri_face or something.

@Lick_King: I know OYP uses "classic" for those cases, so I think that may be best unless we want to do "Original"
