One downside to yukkuri.booru is that we can't make pools. However, it occured to me yesterday that the mods could create new accounts that would favorite pics that belong in the pool.

For instance, someone could create an account called "disgustingly_cute" and they would favorite all the pics that are disgustingly cute. To access the pool, we'd enter the URL
http://Yukkuri.booru.org/index.p...p;uname=disgustingly_cute
Only the mods would have the password for these pools, so we wouldn't have random people putting pics in there. What do you guys think? We could also group series together this way.

I just created a pool for the story arc with Kochiya's missing yukkuri.

So, what I was thinking was that yukkuri (the admin, not the fictional manjus) could create a new group of users called "pools" or something just so that they're easy to recognize (they wouldn't get any special privileges). We could have a forum post stickied so that all new pools could make themselves known there.

PS: the pool has the same password as the favicon.cc account.

The only problem with this idea would be that should the said users go offline for an extended time, it could end up badly.

Wait, could we use the forum for pooling? Starting threads under the title "Pool: <Title>" and a brief description of the pool, followed by replies with links of the in-pool images sounds like it could work out. Although it might be difficult to modify the order of the pool images.

The accounts would have public passwords (doremi123), so we wouldn't have to worry about them going away. The reason I like this idea is that we can see all the pics in the pool at the same time.
